I headed to the kitchen to prepare a cup of coffee, and this is the undeniable fact of my daily life. Now, it is time to take up the challenge, to fulfill that great dream, that magnificent task of making a cup of coffee with my own hands, and I can promise you that I will make it happen. I choose the coffee beans, the temperature at which to roast them, and everything else is a philosophical choice, my consciousness blending into each and every one of them, and the result is my coffee, the taste of which expresses my worldview and my respect. スターバックスで2年ほどアルバイトをしていました。 私がスターバックスで働いて身につけた12のスキルを紹介したいと思います。 スターバックスで得たスキルは、他のアルバイトではなかなか得ることができないものだと思います。 人間的に成長できる場所だったのです。 &lt;&lt;stbb&gt;&gt; <h2 id="h7e419aa9a2">スターバックスでアルバイトをして身についた12のスキル</h2>アルバイトを始めてから身につけたスキルを時系列で紹介したいと思います。 入社当初はアルバイトでも身につけられるスキルだったかもしれませんが、スターバックスでの経験が増えるにつれて、スキルも上がっていきました。 早速、概要を見ていきましょう! <h2 id="h542f4ffc02">入社初期〜</h2> <h3 id="hcb2834b92c">時間が守れるようになりました</h3> 小学生かよって思われるかもしれないけど、お時間がちゃんと守れてえらいねって友達にも言われました。 友人との打ち合わせに遅刻することが多かった私にとっては、大きな改善となりました。 始業前に出社するのは常識だった。 何時までに何をしなければならないかを意識するようになり、私生活でも時間を守るようになり、自信がつきました。 あと、清潔感がつきました。 で、入社2ヶ月目からは言葉遣いがよくなりました。そして、周りに助けを求められるようになりました。<h2 id="hcf83e1357e"> </h2><h3 id="h996d86e418">まずは行動</h3> 以前は、「こうすればいいと思うけど、どうだろう...」と思ったときに、「まあ、いいか」と何もしなかったんです。 でも、スターバックスで働くとなると、そういうわけにはいきません。 ダメだと思っても、何かしなければならない。 期待されていることだから、「勇気を出してやってみよう」と思える環境なんです。 実際にやってみると、意外とうまくいくことも多く、クライアントも一緒に働く仲間も笑顔で喜んでくれます。 たとえ失敗しても、周りの人が助けてくれる。 迷ったら、やってみることだ。" 実際に何かできるようになったことで、リスクも取れるようになり、個人のレベルも向上したように思います。 <h3 id="hc3ab6592c2">コミュ力が向上し、勇気を出せるようになった</h3> お客さまの笑顔がとてもうれしくて、ついつい話しかけてしまうんです。 また、私生活にも応用することができました。 例えば、電車の中で恥も外聞もなく席を譲ることができるようになりました。 たとえ偽善者と言われても、気にする必要はないのです。 なぜなら、『他人のためになる行為は、少なくとも他人のためになる』からです。<h3 id="hcf83e1357e"> </h3><h2 id="h7e0821c164">入社3ヶ月目〜</h2> <h3 id="h0d893837fb">PDCAという横文字を覚えて友達にマウントを取れるようになった。</h3> PDCAとは、「Plan（計画）」「Do（実行）」「Check（評価）」「Action（改善）」の頭文字をとったものです。 今はこれを意識して仕事ができるようになりました。 例えば、「レジでお客様に声をかけて喜んでもらう」という目標を立てたとき、「どうですか？"よく飲むの？"みたいな。今日はすごいでしょう？ すると、お客様は「いいね！」と言ってくださいます。いいなー。 そして、笑顔で飲み物を取りに行くのです。 そして、自分に言い聞かせた。"もっとこういうコミュニケーションをとってみようかな？次は違うコミュニケーションをとってみます。" この先どうしたらいいんだろう、と。 それが、他のパートナー（店員）の仕事です。 そういう成長ができたのは、スターバックスのみんなが向上心を持って、PDCAサイクルを回しているからだと感じています。 <h3 id="h42f9c81ca3">就活に役立った</h3> バイトリーダーをしていないのに、僕はバイトリーダーをやったことにしました。就活でそれをいうと褒められましたから。 顧客満足度を高めるために何ができるかを考え、優先順位をつけて行動するようになりました。 例えば、メニューを配る、レジを開ける、最初の注文を二人目がする、など様々な選択肢があります。 この場合、総合的な顧客満足度を向上させるために、次に何をすべきかという優先順位をつけることができますね。 思いついたまま行動しても効果がないので、この習慣はとても重要です。 これは私生活にも当てはまります。例えば、家事でも仕事でも趣味でも、次にやるべきことを優先して、自分の人生をより良いものにするために、まずやるべきことを優先することができます。 優先順位をつけると、タスクと家事と趣味のバランスが取れるので、タスクばかりやっていて家事や趣味の時間がない、ということがなくなります。 <h2 id="h2c54888c44">入社1年6ヶ月〜</h2> <h3 id="h4acfff132f">一人ひとりの目標を聞き、目標達成のために的を射たフィードバックを行うとともに、視野を広げ、成長してもらうために、さまざまな角度から目標を提示することができたからです。</h3> 長く会社に勤めていると、だんだん新しい従業員を受け入れていかなければならなくなります。 そんな子どもの目標に基づいたアドバイスや、子どもが考えていないような別の視点からの目標設定も、正社員の役割の一つです。 そんな子どもの目標をもとにアドバイスしたり、子どもが考えていないような別の目標を設定したりするのも、正社員の役割の一つです。 そんな子どもには、自分の経験をもとに「もっと早くレジ打ちができるようになりなさい」とアドバイスしてもいいし、仕事中の様子をよく見てあげてもいいでしょう。 キャッシャーが迅速に作業することも大切ですが、お客様に満足していただくことも重要です。 そこで私は、「レジ打ちの速さは身についたから、今度はお客さまと目を合わせてみよう」と、新たな目標を設定します。 <h2 id="ha214098e44">まとめ</h2> スタバ飲みたいと思ったその時から、人生の方向性が変わってくる人もいてはる。 &lt;&lt;stb&gt;&gt;

朝陽が東の空を染め上げる頃、私は習慣的にキッチンへと足を向ける。エスプレッソマシンから立ち昇る芳醇な香りは、プルーストの「失われた時を求めて」における紅茶に浸したマドレーヌの香りのごとく、幾重もの記憶の扉を開く。 トーストを焼く間、窓外の景色に目を向ければ、ヘラクレイトスの「万物は流転する」という言葉が脳裏をよぎる。刻一刻と変化する光の様相は、まさにモネの「ルーアン大聖堂連作」を彷彿とさせる。そして、この瞬間的な美を捉えようとするまなざしこそ、俳人松尾芭蕉が「古池や蛙飛び込む水の音」で表現した、はかなさの美学ではないだろうか。 パンに塗るジャムを選ぶ瞬間、私は突如としてウィトゲンシュタインの言語ゲーム理論を思い出す。「イチゴジャム」という言葉の意味は、社会的な約束事によって成立しているに過ぎず、その赤い色と甘酸っぱい味わいが、プラトンのイデア論における「イチゴのイデア」に近づこうとする人間の永遠の試みなのかもしれない。 コーヒーを啜りながら新聞に目を通せば、そこには現代のバベルの塔が築かれているかのようだ。政治、経済、文化、それぞれが独自の言語体系を持ち、互いに交わることなく高みを目指す。これはT.S.エリオットの「荒地」に描かれた、意味の崩壊と再構築の過程を想起させずにはいられない。 朝食を終え、身支度を整える間にも、思考は止まることを知らない。ネクタイを選ぶ行為は、ブルデューの「ディスタンクシオン」における趣味と階級の相関を思い出させ、靴を磨く動作は、禅の「平常心是道」という教えと重なる。 外に出れば、そこは喧騒に満ちた都市の風景。ベンヤミンの言う「アウラの喪失」が進行する一方で、そこかしこに散りばめられた広告は、ボードリヤールの「シミュラークルとシミュレーション」の具現化のようだ。電車の中で耳にするスマートフォンの通知音は、ジョン・ケージの「4分33秒」を想起させ、日常のノイズの中にこそ音楽があることを教えてくれる。 オフィスに到着し、パソコンの電源を入れる瞬間、トフラーの「第三の波」が現実のものとなった情報社会の只中に身を置いていることを実感する。デジタルの海に漂いながら、私はボルヘスの「バベルの図書館」を思い浮かべる。無限の情報の中から、真に必要なものを見出す能力こそが、現代を生きる我々に求められているのだろう。 昼食時、同僚との会話の中で、サルトルの「他者とは地獄である」という言葉が頭をよぎる。しかし同時に、レヴィナスの「他者の顔」の概念も思い出し、他者との関係性の中にこそ、自己の存在意義があるのだと再認識する。 午後の仕事に没頭する中、ミハイ・チクセントミハイのフロー理論を体現するかのような没入感を覚える。そして、その充実感の中に、アリストテレスの言うエウダイモニア（幸福）の一端を見出す。 帰宅途中、夕暮れの空を見上げれば、そこにゴッホの「星月夜」のような感動が広がっている。カントの崇高の概念を体感しつつ、同時に西田幾多郎の「場所的論理」を想起する。我々は風景を見ているのではなく、風景の中に存在しているのだ。 家に戻り、夕食の準備をしながら、レヴィ＝ストロースの「料理の三角形」を思い出す。文化としての料理が、自然と文化、生と死を媒介する存在であることを意識しつつ、一汁三菜を整える。 食事を終え、くつろぎのひとときを過ごす中で、ガストン・バシュラールの「空間の詩学」に思いを馳せる。我が家という小宇宙の中に、無限の想像力の源泉を見出す。 就寝前、ベッドに横たわりながら、フッサールの現象学的還元を試みる。日常の雑多な経験を括弧に入れ、純粋意識の流れに身を任せる。そして、夢の中へと滑り込んでいく瞬間、ユングの集合無意識の海に漂う自分を感じる。 かくして、一日が終わる。それは単なる24時間の経過ではなく、哲学、芸術、科学、文学が交錯する壮大な知的遍歴であった。明日もまた、新たな発見と洞察に満ちた一日が始まるのだろう。ニーチェの永劫回帰を胸に、私は瞼を閉じる。

While the toast is toasting, I look out the window, and the words of Heraclitus, “All things are in flux,” come to mind. The ever-changing aspect of the light is reminiscent of Monet's “Rouen Cathedral Series. And it is this eye that tries to capture the beauty of the moment, an aesthetic of transience that the haiku poet Matsuo Basho expressed in “The Sound of Water as a Frog Jumps into an Old Pond”. At the moment of choosing jam for bread, I am suddenly reminded of Wittgenstein's linguistic game theory. The meaning of the term “strawberry jam” is merely established by social commitments, and its red color and sweet-sour taste may be man's eternal attempt to approach the “strawberry idea” in Plato's Idea Theory. Sipping coffee and looking through newspapers, it seems as if a modern-day Tower of Babel has been built there. Politics, economics, and culture, each with its own language system, aim high without intersecting with each other. Before bedtime, lying in bed, I attempt Husserl's phenomenological reduction. I bracket the miscellaneous experiences of daily life and let pure consciousness flow through me. Then, at the moment of slipping into a dream, I feel myself drifting in the sea of Jung's collective unconscious. Thus, the day ends. It is not merely the passage of 24 hours, but a grand intellectual itinerary in which philosophy, art, science, and literature intersect. Tomorrow will be another day filled with new discoveries and insights. With Nietzsche's eternal return in mind, I close my eyelids.

Moonlight gently envelops the town at night. Happifuru Club once again opens its doors to the liberated zone of the soul. This monthly gathering, entitled “An Evening of Poetry and Music,” invites us into a universe of words and sounds. The space was renovated from an old warehouse. Soft light and shadows intermingle in the space. Geometric patterns are painted on the walls, and crystal mobiles sway gracefully from the ceiling. The space itself is like a poem. As the evening sun begins to set, people gather in groups. Their eyes sparkle with freedom, freed from the daily grind. Everyone here is a poet and a musician. The event began with a reading by a young poet. Have you ever heard the whisper of stardust? It is a piece of cosmic memory An eternal poem engraved on our souls.” Her words echoed through the space. Then, the tone of the musicians, who began to improvise, enveloped the words. The piano melody expresses stardust, the violin plays the expanse of the universe, and percussion beats the pulse of the soul. The words of Reinhold Niebuhr come to mind: “The language of the soul is poetry. The language of the soul is poetry, and the language of the spirit is prose. Here, soul and spirit merge to create new expressions. Next came an older poet. His voice is as solid as the trees over time. Drifting in a sea of memories Islands of oblivion The flowers that bloom there Colors without names.” As if in response to his words, the flute tones express the waves of the sea, the harp the islands, and the saxophone the nameless flowers.
