hpfull began in 1998. Those who began it did not know they had begun it. Those who came later knew. And so there is no founder here. There is only the day of founding.

We call ourselves an association without authority. It is not that there is no authority. It is only that no one holds it. What is not held cannot be taken. What cannot be taken cannot be fought over. People call a place without fighting freedom. We have not yet called it that.

Everyone takes the lead. When there are many leads, there are not enough stages. So we have prepared no stage. Each of you will come to call the place where you stand a stage. Those who did not call it that are standing there all the same.

There is a phrase: sailors of dreams. A voyage needs a sea, and a sea needs a shore. We have no shore. And so there is no arriving. Since there is no arriving, there is no being late. When we say there is no need to hurry, this is what we mean.

Creation is not the making of what was not. It is only that what was there had no name yet. Those who give a name, we call poets. Those who gave no name, we have not yet called anything.

To you who have read this far, we have nothing to say. To you who did not read it, we have even less. Both of you are already here. When we say you may come back, we do not mean that we have permitted you to leave.
