スターバックスで2年ほどアルバイトをしていました。 私がスターバックスで働いて身につけた12のスキルを紹介したいと思います。 スターバックスで得たスキルは、他のアルバイトではなかなか得ることができないものだと思います。 人間的に成長できる場所だったのです。 &lt;&lt;stbb&gt;&gt; <h2 id="h7e419aa9a2">スターバックスでアルバイトをして身についた12のスキル</h2>アルバイトを始めてから身につけたスキルを時系列で紹介したいと思います。 入社当初はアルバイトでも身につけられるスキルだったかもしれませんが、スターバックスでの経験が増えるにつれて、スキルも上がっていきました。 早速、概要を見ていきましょう! <h2 id="h542f4ffc02">入社初期〜</h2> <h3 id="hcb2834b92c">時間が守れるようになりました</h3> 小学生かよって思われるかもしれないけど、お時間がちゃんと守れてえらいねって友達にも言われました。 友人との打ち合わせに遅刻することが多かった私にとっては、大きな改善となりました。 始業前に出社するのは常識だった。 何時までに何をしなければならないかを意識するようになり、私生活でも時間を守るようになり、自信がつきました。 あと、清潔感がつきました。 で、入社2ヶ月目からは言葉遣いがよくなりました。そして、周りに助けを求められるようになりました。<h2 id="hcf83e1357e"> </h2><h3 id="h996d86e418">まずは行動</h3> 以前は、「こうすればいいと思うけど、どうだろう...」と思ったときに、「まあ、いいか」と何もしなかったんです。 でも、スターバックスで働くとなると、そういうわけにはいきません。 ダメだと思っても、何かしなければならない。 期待されていることだから、「勇気を出してやってみよう」と思える環境なんです。 実際にやってみると、意外とうまくいくことも多く、クライアントも一緒に働く仲間も笑顔で喜んでくれます。 たとえ失敗しても、周りの人が助けてくれる。 迷ったら、やってみることだ。" 実際に何かできるようになったことで、リスクも取れるようになり、個人のレベルも向上したように思います。 <h3 id="hc3ab6592c2">コミュ力が向上し、勇気を出せるようになった</h3> お客さまの笑顔がとてもうれしくて、ついつい話しかけてしまうんです。 また、私生活にも応用することができました。 例えば、電車の中で恥も外聞もなく席を譲ることができるようになりました。 たとえ偽善者と言われても、気にする必要はないのです。 なぜなら、『他人のためになる行為は、少なくとも他人のためになる』からです。<h3 id="hcf83e1357e"> </h3><h2 id="h7e0821c164">入社3ヶ月目〜</h2> <h3 id="h0d893837fb">PDCAという横文字を覚えて友達にマウントを取れるようになった。</h3> PDCAとは、「Plan（計画）」「Do（実行）」「Check（評価）」「Action（改善）」の頭文字をとったものです。 今はこれを意識して仕事ができるようになりました。 例えば、「レジでお客様に声をかけて喜んでもらう」という目標を立てたとき、「どうですか？"よく飲むの？"みたいな。今日はすごいでしょう？ すると、お客様は「いいね！」と言ってくださいます。いいなー。 そして、笑顔で飲み物を取りに行くのです。 そして、自分に言い聞かせた。"もっとこういうコミュニケーションをとってみようかな？次は違うコミュニケーションをとってみます。" この先どうしたらいいんだろう、と。 それが、他のパートナー（店員）の仕事です。 そういう成長ができたのは、スターバックスのみんなが向上心を持って、PDCAサイクルを回しているからだと感じています。 <h3 id="h42f9c81ca3">就活に役立った</h3> バイトリーダーをしていないのに、僕はバイトリーダーをやったことにしました。就活でそれをいうと褒められましたから。 顧客満足度を高めるために何ができるかを考え、優先順位をつけて行動するようになりました。 例えば、メニューを配る、レジを開ける、最初の注文を二人目がする、など様々な選択肢があります。 この場合、総合的な顧客満足度を向上させるために、次に何をすべきかという優先順位をつけることができますね。 思いついたまま行動しても効果がないので、この習慣はとても重要です。 これは私生活にも当てはまります。例えば、家事でも仕事でも趣味でも、次にやるべきことを優先して、自分の人生をより良いものにするために、まずやるべきことを優先することができます。 優先順位をつけると、タスクと家事と趣味のバランスが取れるので、タスクばかりやっていて家事や趣味の時間がない、ということがなくなります。 <h2 id="h2c54888c44">入社1年6ヶ月〜</h2> <h3 id="h4acfff132f">一人ひとりの目標を聞き、目標達成のために的を射たフィードバックを行うとともに、視野を広げ、成長してもらうために、さまざまな角度から目標を提示することができたからです。</h3> 長く会社に勤めていると、だんだん新しい従業員を受け入れていかなければならなくなります。 そんな子どもの目標に基づいたアドバイスや、子どもが考えていないような別の視点からの目標設定も、正社員の役割の一つです。 そんな子どもの目標をもとにアドバイスしたり、子どもが考えていないような別の目標を設定したりするのも、正社員の役割の一つです。 そんな子どもには、自分の経験をもとに「もっと早くレジ打ちができるようになりなさい」とアドバイスしてもいいし、仕事中の様子をよく見てあげてもいいでしょう。 キャッシャーが迅速に作業することも大切ですが、お客様に満足していただくことも重要です。 そこで私は、「レジ打ちの速さは身についたから、今度はお客さまと目を合わせてみよう」と、新たな目標を設定します。 <h2 id="ha214098e44">まとめ</h2> スタバ飲みたいと思ったその時から、人生の方向性が変わってくる人もいてはる。 &lt;&lt;stb&gt;&gt;

Moonlight gently envelops the town at night. Happifuru Club once again opens its doors to the liberated zone of the soul. This monthly gathering, entitled “An Evening of Poetry and Music,” invites us into a universe of words and sounds. The space was renovated from an old warehouse. Soft light and shadows intermingle in the space. Geometric patterns are painted on the walls, and crystal mobiles sway gracefully from the ceiling. The space itself is like a poem. As the evening sun begins to set, people gather in groups. Their eyes sparkle with freedom, freed from the daily grind. Everyone here is a poet and a musician. The event began with a reading by a young poet. Have you ever heard the whisper of stardust? It is a piece of cosmic memory An eternal poem engraved on our souls.” Her words echoed through the space. Then, the tone of the musicians, who began to improvise, enveloped the words. The piano melody expresses stardust, the violin plays the expanse of the universe, and percussion beats the pulse of the soul. Reminiscent of George Orwell's “1984,” a distorted version of a utopia is about to unfold here. At midnight, a gong rings. It was a journey away from the everyday and toward the inner universe. On the morning of the first day, the participants' faces were a mixture of anticipation and anxiety. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, even the flow of time seemed different here. The words of Henry David Thoreau echoed in my mind. Every time I go deep into the forest, I meet a new part of myself. We, too, had embarked on an exploration of our own uncharted territory. The first session of the retreat was a meditation called “Poetics of Breathing. Participants closed their eyes and slowly became aware of their breath. Breathe in. Breathe out. In this simple act, the providence of the universe seemed to reside. In the teachings of Zen, there is a phrase, “Ordinary mind is the way. It means that the ordinary mind of daily life is the path to enlightenment. But how difficult it is to become aware of this “equanimity”? Our minds are always caught up in regrets of the past and fears of the future, and we tend to turn our eyes away from the only reality that is the present. As the meditation deepened, the participants' faces gradually softened. It was as if an inner storm was calming down. The French philosopher Gaston Bachelard said, “In the moment there is eternity. In this silence, we may have experienced a moment of eternity that transcended time. In the afternoon session, we did a work entitled “Kaleidoscope of the Senses. The afternoon session was a work called “Creation of Silence,” in which participants were free to create during two hours of complete silence. The three-day mindfulness retreat thus came to a close. However, this is not the end, but a new beginning. The seeds of stillness and creativity began to sprout within each participant.
